As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist clients with their daily banking needs, promote Credins products, and contribute to a positive and efficient branch environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and identify their financial needs.
  • Handle deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
  • Promote digital banking adoption (Credins Online, mobile app).
  • Ensure compliance with operational and security standards.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in banking or customer service is an advantage.
